Life Is Short
I just found out from a friend that a high school buddy of mine had got hit by a car last weekend and died. I am not going to lie and say that we were good friends in high school, but we did play on the same football team and I did get a chance to talk to this guy quite often.
Do you ever meet someone that you know is just going to be successful in life? I’m not talking about financially but just successful in living life to the fullest. I believe Jimmy was able to accomplish that in 24 years of living. He was always, ALWAYS smiling on campus, he talked to people who didn’t have anybody to talk to and he listened to people who didn’t have anybody to listen to. He was a great athlete, an intelligent mind and most of all, he was a loving heart to everybody around him. There was just something different about Jimmy. He was destined for greatness and he was on his way to completely new levels until this tragedy.
I really don’t know what else to say but that I truly am really sad to hear this news.
You have to live life to the fullest. Life is too short.
